What is included in each painting tier?

Walls covers the walls only. Walls + Trim adds baseboards, door and window casings and doors. Walls, Trim + Ceilings is everything, top to bottom. We quote each tier so you can choose.

What is The Empty Palace?

It is our whole-house painting service for empty houses, usually between closing and moving day. With no furniture to move, every room is easy to reach and the house is finished before you move in.

What is The Standing Bid?

For agents with an active listing, Doug walks the house and leaves a dated, written whole-house painting quote with the listing. Buyers can see what painting would cost before they make an offer.
